This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Ms. M. Sudha Devi, an IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre, to the Tamil Nadu cadre. The deputation is for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision has been made with the consent of both the Himachal Pradesh and Tamil Nadu state governments, utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश और तमिलनाडु राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा सुश्री एम. सुधा देवी, आईएएस (एचपी:2003) को वैयक्तिक आधार पर हिमाचल प्रदेश संवर्ग से तमिलनाडु संवर्ग में, कार्यग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षो के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्त के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
