This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, an IAS officer of the 1996 Punjab batch, to the AGMUT cadre (Chandigarh Administration). The deputation is approved for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision was made utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Punjab government and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

का प्रयोग करते हुए और पंजाब सरकार एवं गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार, एतदद्वारा
श्री अजय कुमार सिन्हा, आईएएस (पी.बी. : 1996) की पंजाब संवर्ग से एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग (चंडीगढ़
प्रशासन) में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षों
के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक जो भी पहले हो, अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
