No…………….In compliance with the directions of Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi in their order dated 24.10.2016 in OA. No. 3257/2015 \& Order dated 20.12.2016 in MA No. 3510/2016 of Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi and order dated 19.04.2017 of Ministry of Home Affairs (UT Division) and also in partial modification of this Department’s notification No. 14015/27/2014-AIS(I)-B dated 30.01.2015, the President is pleased to appoint the following member of the State Civil Service of UT Segment of Joint AGMUT cadre to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government on the basis of the Review Select List of 2011, on probation until further orders and to allocate him to the AGMUT cadre, under the Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-
