This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of K. Srinivasan, an IAS officer of the Jharkhand cadre (2005 batch), to the Tamil Nadu cadre. The deputation is for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision was made using the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Jharkhand and Tamil Nadu state governments.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा झारखंड और तमिलनाडु राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री के. श्रीनिवासन, आईएएस (जेएच:2005) को वैयक्तिक आधार पर, पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेश आने तक जो भी पहले हो, झारखंड संवर्ग से तमिलनाडु संवर्ग मे अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
