This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Dr. Brahm Dev Ram Tiwari, an IAS officer of the 2006 batch from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. The deputation is approved for a period of three years, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision was made utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of both the Assam-Meghalaya and Uttar Pradesh state governments.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम-मेघालय और उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा डॉ. हहम देव राम तिवारी, आईएएस (एएम:2006) को पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षो की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
