NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Government of Punjab, the Central Government has approved the proposal for regularization of overstayal on inter cadre deputation beyond the approved tenure of inter cadre deputation of Shri D.K. Tiwari, IAS (PB:1994) from 03.01.2012 to 31.07.2013 with Chandigarh Administration.
