This notification announces the regularization of Shri D.K. Tiwari’s inter-cadre deputation period in the Chandigarh Administration. Initially approved from January 3, 2012, to July 31, 2013, the period of his deputation has now been formally regularized, with the approval of the central government, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Punjab Government, utilizing powers granted by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार ने गृह मंत्रालय और पंजाब सरकार की सहमति से श्री डी.के. तिवारी, आईएएस (पी.बी.:1994) की चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति की अनुमोदित अवधि के बाद दिनांक 03.01.2012 से 31.07.2013 तक अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति में बने रहने की अवधि को नियमित करने के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदित कर दिया है।
