भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा ओडिसा और कर्नाटक राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार एतददवारा, श्रीमती शिल्पा शर्मा, आईएएस (ओआर.:2015) को श्री नलिनी अतुल, आईएएस (केएन:2014) के साथ विवाह करने के आधार पर ओडिसा संवर्ग से कर्नाटक संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
