This document details the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Solanki Vishal Vasant, an IAS officer of the 2005 batch from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre to the Maharashtra cadre. The deputation is sanctioned for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever comes first, based on the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of the governments of Assam-Meghalaya and Maharashtra.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम-मेघालय और महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री सोलंकी विशाल वसंत, आईएएस (एएम:2005) के असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग में, कार्यभाग ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए वैयक्तिक आधार पर अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
