ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Telangana Cadre from State Civil Service officers on the basis of inclusion of names in the Select List of 2015 and 2016 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/30/2016-AIS-(I) B dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ January, 2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Telangana vide their letter No. 271/Spl.A/A3/2017 dated 22.02.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 2 in the select list of 2015 shall be placed below Shri K Kalicharan Sudamrao, junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Shri K Shashanka, a senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Telangana Cadre.
