ORDER

Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Andhra Pradesh Cadre from State Civil Service officers on the basis of inclusion of names in the Select List of 2013, 2015 and 2016 vide DoPT’s Notification No.14015/01/2014-AIS-(I)-B dated 13.12.2017 and No. 14015/01/2017-AIS-(I)-B dated 12.02.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide letters No. 83/SC.A/A3/2015 dated 04.03.2018 and No.952/SC.A/A3/2017-25 dated 04.03.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

Sl. No. Name of the Officer (S/Shri) Date from which holding continuous service in SCS not below the rank of Deputy Collector or equivalent. Completed year of service rendered in the State Civil Service or equivalent till 31 December of the year for which the meeting of the committee to make selection was held to prepare the Select List on the basis of which the said officers were appointed to IAS (Fractions if any, are to be ignored) i.e. as on 31.12.2013 Total weightage in years in terms of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, as amended from time to time, (ii) date Year of allotment entitled Name, year of SL and YOA of the officer in PQ (SCS), immediately senior to the one whose name is in column no. 32 Year of Allotment assigned

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 2 of the Select List of 2013 shall be placed below Shri Gandam Chandrudu, junior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch and above Shri K.V.N. Chakradhara Babu, senior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch Andhra Pradesh cadre.

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2015 shall be placed below Shri Girisha P.S., junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Ms. Vijaya K., senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch Andhra Pradesh cadre.

    4.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 5 in the Select List of 2016 shall be placed below Shri Lakshmisha G., junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Ms. Krittika Jyotsna, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch Andhra Pradesh cadre.
