ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2017 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/13/2018-AIS-(I) B dated 26.03.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide their letter No. E.I/444/2017/5/I dated 27.3.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

- The seniority/year of allotment officer at SI. No. 12 in the Select List 2017 is restricted as per proviso to Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987 which provides that the officer shall not be assigned a year of allotment earlier than the year of allotment assigned to an officer senior to him in that select list or appointed to the service on the basis of an earlier select list. 2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 16 in the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Mohit Bundas, a junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Smt. Harshika Singh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre.
