In compliance with the common Judgement dated 27-10-2017 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Dairy Nos. 31106 and 3112 of 2017 and the common Judgement dated 25-04-2017 of the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur in Writ Petition Nos. 727/2016 and 714/2016 and also in partial modification of this Department’s notification No. 14015/05/2012-AIS(I)-B dated 28.09.2012, the President is pleased to appoint the following member of the State Civil Service of Chhattisgarh cadre to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government on the basis of the Review Select List of 2010, on probation until further orders and to allocate him to Chhattisgarh cadre, under the Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-
