In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Bihar and Telangana, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Bhavesh Mishra, IAS (BH:2015) from Bihar cadre to Telangana cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Ila Tripathi, IAS (TG:2017).
