भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप- नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा बिहार और तेलंगाना राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री भावेश मिश्रा, आईएएस (बीएच : 2015) के सुश्री ईला त्रिपाठी, आईएएस (टीजी : 2017) से विवाह होने के आधार पर बिहार संवर्ग से तेलंगाना संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
