This notification announces the permanent absorption of Ms. Subha Kalyan, a member of the 2014 Karnataka cadre of the Indian Administrative Service, into the service with effect from September 7, 2017. The decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, by the President of India. This signifies the completion of her probationary period and her full integration into the Indian Administrative Service.
