In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government hereby approves the proposal for cadre change of Shri Sridhar Chamakuri, IAS (KL:2016) from Kerala cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on the basis of PH (Physically Handicapped) policy dated 14.02.2014.
