NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Rajasthan and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for inter cadre deputation of Shri Bhanu Prakash Yeturu, IAS (RJ:2003) from Rajasthan cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on personal grounds for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

- The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur – 302005 w.r.t. letter No. F.1(1) Pers/A-1/2004 dated 21.03.2018 with the request to relieve the officer immediately under intimation to this Department.
- The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Velagapudi, Guntur – 522238 w.r.t. letter no 186/SC.A/A1/2018 dated 02.04.2018, with the request to provide a copy of the joining report of the officer to this Department. It is also requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation if not extended by the Competent Authority before the expiry of the deputation tenure. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in Service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.

You shall be liable to disciplinary action & break in service in terms of DOPT O.M. No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
