ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Jharkhand Cadre from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select Lists of 2014, 2015 and 2016 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/10/2017-AIS-(I) B dated 24.05.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Jharkhand vide their letter No. 1/C-209/2015-A-3930 dated 5.6.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officer mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2014 shall be placed below Shri Ramesh Kumar Dubey, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2005 batch and above Shri Jata Shankar Choudhary, promotee IAS officer of 2005 batch (Non-SCS Category) of Jharkhand Cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 2 to 3 in the Select List of 2014 shall be placed below Shri Manoj Kumar, only RR IAS officer of 2006 batch and above Shri Rajesh Singh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch of Jharkhand Cadre.

Suchitra Sinha, a junior most promotee IAS officer of 2006 batch (SL-2015) and above Shri Rajesh Singh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch of Jharkhand Cadre.
4.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 17 to 19 in the Select List of 2016 shall be placed below Shri Shri Rajesh Singh, junior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch and above Shri Manoj Kumar, promotee IAS officer of 2007 batch (Non-SCS category) of Jharkhand Cadre.
