ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Gujarat Cadre from State Civil Service to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2017 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/06/2018-AIS-(I)-B (1) dated 28.06.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Gujarat vide their letter no. AIS/16.2017/392631/G dated 05.07.2018 the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 in the Select list of 2017 shall be placed below Dr. Narendrakumar Meena, junior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch and above Shri Dholakia T. Mohanlal, senior most promotee IAS officer (Non-SCS Category) of 2010 batch of Gujarat cadre. 4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
