भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा गृह मंत्रालय एवं पंजाब सरकार की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा सुश्री आशिका जैन, आई.ए.एस. (एजीएमयूटी :2015) का श्री हिमांशु जैन, आई.ए.एस. (पंजाब:2017) से विवाह करने के आधार पर उन्हें एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग से पंजाब संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
