No…………..In compliance with the directions of Hon’ble CAT, Bombay Bench at Mumbai in their order dated 11.04.2018 in OA. No. 2075/2017 filed by Shri A. B. Dhulaj and also in partial modification of this Department’s notification No. 14015/14/2015-AIS(I)-B(1) dated 08.07.2016, the President is pleased to appoint the following member of the State Civil Service of Maharashtra cadre to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government on the basis of the Review Select List of 2015, on probation until further orders and to allocate him to the Maharashtra cadre, under the Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-
