ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of Shri A.B. Dhulaj, an State Civil Service officer of Maharashtra to IAS cadre on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Review Select List 2015 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/38/2017-AIS(I)-B dated 27.08.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Maharashtra vide their No.AIS-1016/CR442/2016/X dated 04.09.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

- The seniority /year of allotment officers from SI. No. 1 to 3 are restricted as per proviso to Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987.
- 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers mentioned SI. No. 1 to 13 shall be placed below Shri Suhas K. Diwase, a promotee IAS officer of 2009 batch (SCS-SL 2014) above Shri Shelesh Nawal, RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Maharashtra cadre.
- This issues in supersession of this Department’s order of even number dated 05.08.2016.
- The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
