ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Maharashtra Cadre from State Civil Services (Non-SCS category) to IAS on the on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2017 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/14/2018-AIS-(I) B dated 30.8.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Maharashtra vide their letter no.AIS-1318/C.R.534/2018/X dated 07.09.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, as amended vide notification No.14014/4.2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2015 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

- The seniority /year of allotment officer at SI. No. 1 is restricted as per proviso to Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987.
2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Kailash B. Shinde, the junior most promotee IAS officer (NSCS category) of 2013 batch and above Ms. Pavneet Kaur, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Maharashtra Cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 in the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Prithviraj B.P., the junior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Shri Aman Mittal, senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Maharashtra Cadre.
