In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Gujarat and Punjab, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Deepshikha Sharma, IAS (GJ:2015) from Gujarat cadre to Punjab cadre on the grounds of marriage to Mr. Ankur Gupta, IPS (PB:2016).
