This document details the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Dr. Raghav Langar, an IAS officer of the Uttarakhand cadre, to the Jammu and Kashmir cadre. The deputation is approved for a period of three years, or until further orders, effective from the date of joining the new cadre. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा उत्तराखंड और जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार एतदद्वारा डॉ. राघव लंगर, आई.ए.एस. (उत्तराखंड:2009) का वैयक्तिक आधार पर उत्तराखंड संवर्ग से जम्मू और कश्मीर संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक जो भी पहले हो के लिए अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
