ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of Shri T. Veerabrahmaiah, a SCS officer of Andhra Pradesh Cadre appointed to IAS vide DoPT’s Notification No.14015/01/2017-AIS-I dated 13.08.2018 after declaring him “Unconditional and Final” by UPSC for the Select List 2015 after placing him below Maddukuri Venkateswarlu at Sl. No.2 and on receipt of proposal from the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide letter No.952/SC.A/A3/2017-32 dated 27.09.2018, the seniority/ year of allotment of the IAS officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

- Seniority/year of allotment of officers at SI. No. 2 in the Select List of 2015 has been restricted in terms of provision to Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987.
2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 2 in the Select List of 2015 shall be placed below Shri Girisha P.S., junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Ms. Vijaya K., senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch Andhra Pradesh cadre.
- This issues in supersession of this Department’s order of even number dated 06.03.2018.
