ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of Dr. Lalhriatzuali Ratle to IAS on the basis of Select List of 2016 (Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2016) (Non-SCS) of Mizoram Segment of Joint AGMUT Cadre vide DoPT’s Notification No.14015/26/2017-AIS (I)-B dated 22.06.2018 and on receipt of letter from Ministry of Home Affairs OM No.14016/18/2017-AIS-I dated 11th September, 2018 enclosing proposal of Government of Mizoram’s letter No. A.32013/12/2013-P&AR (CSW) dated 18th July, 2018 for fixation of seniority/year of allotment. The Seniority/year of allotment of Dr. Lalhriatzuali Ratle has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended vide notification no.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 05.05.2016 and other relevant rules. Modified Weightage formula is now as under:-

No. 1 in the Select List of 2016 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Shri Hemant Kumar, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Ms. Angel Bhati Chauhan, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Joint AGMUT Cadre.
