ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of State Civil Service officers of Manipur Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names for the Select List 2017 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/15/2018-AIS-(I) B dated 14th September, 2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Manipur vide letter No. 3/1/2018-IAS/DP dated 06.10.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of officers have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

No. 1 to 4 of the Select List of 2017 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Ravinder Singh, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Ms. Lalithambigai K., the senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Manipur cadre.
