ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to the IAS from State Civil Services officers of Odisha cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names for the Select List of 2017 vide this DoPT’s Notification’s No.14015/17/2018-AIS-I (B) dated 6th September, 2018 \& 16th October, 2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Odisha vide letter No. SER1-IAS-002-/2018308402/AIS.I dated 23rd October, 2018. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 7 of Select List of 2017 (SCS category) shall be placed below Dr. M. Muthukumar, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Shri D. Prasanth K. Reddy, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Odisha cadre.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
