ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of SCS officers of Andhra Pradesh Cadre to IAS vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/01/2018-AIS (I)-B dated $9^{\text {th }}$ October, 2018 for the Select List 2017 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide their letter No.09/SC.A/A3/2018-18 dated 12.11.2018, the seniority/ year of allotment of the IAS officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as under as per following weightage formula:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 9 in the Select List of 2017(SCS) shall be placed below Shri Nishant Kumar, junior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Shri C.M. Saikanth Varma, senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch Andhra Pradesh cadre. 3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
