ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of State Civil Service officers to IAS of Uttar Pradesh Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2017 (against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2017) vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/22/2018-AIS-(I)-B dated 05.11.2018 and on receipt of the proposal for fixation of seniority / year of allotment from the State Government of Uttar Pradesh vide their letter No. 6214/2-1-2017-29/1(1)/2018 dated 20.11.2018, the seniority /year of allotment of the officers has been computed under rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time as under as per following weightage formula:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 30 in the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Shiv Prasad-I, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2012 batch (appointed on the basis of Select List 2016) and above Ms. Chandni Singh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Uttar Pradesh cadre. 3.
