In compliance with common order dated 16.11.2007 of Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla in CWP No. 1352 of 2006 filed by Shri Rajinder Singh \& Ors and nine connected CWPs alongwith Hon’ble Supreme Court’s order dated 28.04.2016 in CA No. 3152-3154/2009 filed by Shri Narain Singh Chaudhary and CA No. 3155 \& 3156 of 2009 filed by Shri Ram Swaroop Gupta and Shri Shekhar Gupta respectively and order dated 13.07.2016 in CA No. 3158-3160 of 2009 filed by Shri Mohan Chauhan, the President is pleased to re-appoint the following members of the Civil Service of Himachal Pradesh to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government for the Review Select Lists from 2006 upto 2011.
