This document is an addendum to a previous notification issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions (Department of Personnel & Training). Department of Personnel & Training’s Notification of even number dated 23.01.2019,
the following sentence may be added below the table namely:-
“The above appointments will be subject to outcome of LPA No. 1447/2018 and LPA
No. 1345/2018 filed by Shri Kuljit Paul Singh Mahi and Shri Charandev Singh Mann
respectively before the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana.”
