# CORRIGENDUM
In partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated 21.12.2018, the para 2.2 of Select List 2017 (against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2017 to 31.12.2017) of Maharashtra Cadre may be read as under:
“2. 2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 5 in the Select List 2017 shall be placed below Shri Sanjay Meena, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Shantanu Goel, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Maharashtra cadre.”
