Consequent upon declaration of name of Shri N.M. Chavda and appointment of his name at SI. No.6 in the Select List 2003 (SCS Category) of Gujarat Cadre vide DOPT’s Notification No. 14015/39/2018-AIS-I dated 26th November, 2018 and on receipt of the proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officer from the Government of Gujarat vide letter No. AIS/16.2019/52079/G dated 30th January, 2019, the seniority/year of allotment of has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time and weightage formula:

Bokhan, junior most promotee IAS officer of 1998 batch (SL-2003) and above Shri J.D. Bhad, junior promotee IAS officer of 1998 batch (SL-2003) of Gujarat cadre.
3. This issues in continuation of this Department’s order No.14014/14/04-AIS-I dated 12th August, 2004.
