NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords approval for extension of tenure of inter-cadre deputation of Shri Ajay Yadav, IAS (TN:2010) from Tamil Nadu cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre for a further period of two years beyond 31.12.2018 on personal grounds.

It is requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.

No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
