This document details the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Pradeep P., an IAS officer of the Maharashtra cadre (2009 batch), to the Karnataka cadre. The deputation is sanctioned for a period of three years from the date of joining the new cadre, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Maharashtra and Karnataka state governments.

का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा महाराष्ट्र और कर्नाटक राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार
एतदद्वारा श्री प्रदीप पी., आई.ए.एस., (महाराष्ट्र:2009) को वैयक्तिक आधार पर महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग से
कर्नाटक संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षो की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले
आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान
करती है।
