In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Gujarat and Odisha, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Ananya Das, IAS (GJ:2015) from Gujarat cadre to Odisha cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Muhammed Abdaal Akhtar, IAS (OR:2015).
