This document details the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Virendra Singh, an IAS officer from the Maharashtra cadre to the Rajasthan cadre. The deputation is approved for a period of three years, or until further orders, based on the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of the governments of Maharashtra and Rajasthan. This essentially allows a civil servant to move between state-level administrative services.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों
का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा महाराष्ट्र और राजस्थान की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केंद्र
सरकार एतदद्वारा श्री विरेंद्र सिंह, आई.ए.एस., (महाराष्ट्र:2006) का वैयक्तिक आधार पर
महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग से राजस्थान संवर्ग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षो की अवधि
अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति संबंधी प्रस्तुत
का अनुमोदन करती है।
