Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Telangana Cadre from State Civil Service officers on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2017 (vacancies arisen between 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2017) and Select List 2018 (vacancies arisen between 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2018) (plus carry forward from previous Select List 2017 as per dynamic determination of vacancies) vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/30/2019-AIS-(I)-B dated 6th May, 2019 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Telangana vide their letter No. 01/Spl.A/A3/2019 dated 14.05.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time with weightage formula is as under:
