ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Haryana Cadre from State Civil Service officers on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select Lists from 2012 upto 2018 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/07/2019-AIS-(I) B dated 8th May, 2019 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Haryana vide their letter No. 66/1/2019-6S(I) dated 20.05.2019, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time with weightage formula is as under:

- Seniority/year of allotment of officers mentioned at SI. No. 5 to 10 in the Select List of 2012(SCS Category) has been restricted under provisions of the rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS(Regulation of Seniority ) Rules, 1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List.
