ORDER

Consequent upon, receipt of a proposal from the State Government of Nagaland vide letter No.PAR-A/04/2015-AIS dated 27.05.2019 for fixation of seniority / assigning the year of allotment of SCS and Non-SCS officers of Nagaland cadre appointed to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in select list of the year 2017 by this Department Notifications No.14015/16/2018-AIS-(I)-B dated 11.04.2019 and 03.05.2019 respectively, the seniority/year of allotment of above officer has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) and 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Anoop Khinchi, junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Shri Sushil Kumar Patel, senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Nagaland Cadre.

    3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Mohammed Ali Shihab A, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Rajesh S., senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Nagaland Cadre.
