This document details the approval for the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Patil Ajit Bhagwatrao, an IAS officer of the Kerala cadre (2007 batch), to the Maharashtra cadre. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केरल और महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केंद्र सरकार एतदद्वारा श्री पाटिल अजीत भगवतराव, आई.ए.एस. (केरल:2007) को कार्यभार संभालने की तिथि से तीन वर्षों के लिए या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, निजी आधार पर केरल संवर्ग से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग में अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
