In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Tripura and Bihar, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Sahila, IAS (TR:2018) from Tripura cadre to Bihar cadre on grounds of marriage to Mr. Nitin Kumar Singh, IAS (BH:2018).
