NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Ms. Aruna Rajoria, IAS (AM:2004) from Assam-Meghalaya cadre to Rajathan cadre on personal grounds for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

  1. The Chief Secretary, Government of Assam, Dispur – 781006 w.r.t. letter No. AAI.34/2005/254 dated 10.06.2019 with the request to relieve the officer immediately under intimation to this Department.
  2. The Chief Secretary, Government of Meghalaya, Shillong – 793001, w.r.t. letter No. PER.36/2017/Pt/43 dated 13.06.2019.
  3. The Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur – 302005, w.r.t. letter No. F.5(18)Pers/A-1/2006 dated 16.07.2019. It is requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of intercadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case she does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
  4. The Accountant General, Government of Assam, Dispur – 781006.
  5. The Accountant General, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur – 302005 with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.
  6. Ms. Aruna Rajoria, IAS (AM:2004) (through the Chief Secretary, Government of Assam, Dispur – 781006). You shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in service in terms of DOPT O.M. No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
  7. The Deputy Secretary (SM), w.r.t. ID note No.37/28/2019-EO (SM-I), dated 13.08.2019.
