ORDER
Consequent upon receipt of a proposal from the State Government of Uttar Pradesh vide their letter No.2040/2-1-2019-29/1(1)/2019 dated 06.08.2019 for fixation of seniority / assigning the year of allotment of Shri Rajendra Singh-II appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of his name in Select List – 2018 (against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2018) vide DOPT Notification No.14015/22/2019-AIS-(I)-B dated 25.07.2019, the seniority /year of allotment of the officer has been computed under rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the name of Shri Rajendra Singh-II as mentioned in the above table for the Select List of 2018(SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Surendra Prasad Singh, promotee IAS officer of 2012 batch (appointed on the basis of Select List of 2018) and above Shri Mahendra Verma, promote IAS officer of 2012 batch (appointed on the basis of Select List of 2018) of Uttar Pradesh Cadre.
