भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा आन्ध्र प्रदेश और मध्य प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतददवारा सुश्री मिशा सिंह, आई.ए.एस. (आन्ध्र प्रदेश : 2016) को श्री अवि प्रसाद, आई.ए.एस. (मध्य प्रदेश : 2014) से विवाह करने के आधार पर आन्ध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग से मध्य प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
