ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2018 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/19/2019-AIS-(I) B dated 23.08.2019 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Rajasthan vide letter No. No. F.6(1) Pers/A-I/2018 dated 27.08.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

- Seniority/year of allotment of officer mentioned at SI. No. 10 in the Select List of 2018(SCS Category) has been restricted under provisions of the rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS(Regulation of Seniority ) Rules, 1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List. 2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 8 in the Select List of 2018 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Kumar Pal Gautam, only RR officer IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Shri Prakash Rajpurohit, senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Rajasthan Cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 9 to 10 in the Select List of 2018 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Vishwa Mohan Sharma, the junior most RR officer IAS officer of 2010 batch and above Shri Mahaveer Prasad, only promotee IAS officer (Non-SCS Category -SL 2016) of 2010 batch of Rajasthan Cadre.
