ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2018 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/13/2019-AIS-(I) B dated 04.09.2019 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide their letter No. E.I/325/2018/5/I dated 06.09.2019, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officer mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2018 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Shivraj Singh Verma, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Neeraj Kumar Singh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 2 to 10 in the Select List of 2018 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Ashish Bhargava, junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Shri Priyank Mishra, senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre.
